Channel IT played a vital role in assisting Telstra select appropriate vendors for its re-entry into the voice customer premise equipment (CPE) market.

Channel IT was engaged to develop a vendor selection criteria for Telstra’s re-entry into the voice CPE market. After consultation with Telstra, Channel IT's Partner Selection Matrix defined a key set of criteria to assist in benchmarking vendors against each other. Channel IT then shortlisted vendors and provided detailed analysis of each one’s merits against the Telstra’s weighted criteria. Telstra assessed the recommendations and commercially engaged vendors recommended by Channel IT.

The Channel IT Partner Selection Matrix was successful in allowing Telstra to select and engage the first group of vendors for the launch.
